1. Scope of Service

By purchasing the 8-Week Rebuild Program, Alyeah Larose (the "Coach") agrees to provide a customised fitness and/or nutritional plan based on the information provided by the Client.

2. Delivery Timeline

All plans are bespoke and will be generated and delivered to the Client via email or the designated platform within 48 hours of the initial purchase and receipt of all necessary client data (e.g., consultation forms).

3. Payment and Fees

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Access to the program will not be granted until the payment has been successfully processed.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the 8-Week Rebuild Program and the immediate commencement of the bespoke creation process, the following refund terms apply:

  • Pre-Delivery Window: A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment, provided that the bespoke plan has not yet been sent to the Client.

  • Post-Delivery Exclusion: Once the bespoke plan has been delivered to the Client’s email address or accessed via the member portal, the service is deemed "fully executed." At this point, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues: Non-receipt of a plan due to incorrect email entry or "Spam" filters does not constitute a ground for a refund. If you do not receive your plan within 48 hours, please contact support immediately for redelivery.

5. Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for providing accurate health and physical data. Alyeah Larose is not liable for any plan inaccuracies resulting from omitted or false information provided by the Client during the onboarding process.

6. Termination

Alyeah Larose reserves the right to terminate a Client’s access to the program without a refund if the Client is found to be in breach of the Intellectual Property clause (sharing, reselling, or redistributing program materials).
